NCHELP Regulations Committee

The NCHELP Regulations Committee is responsible for monitoring and analyzing current and proposed student financial aid law, regulations, other federal guidance, Common Manual proposals, and for producing simplified analytical documents for use as resource tools by interested parties.  The Committee also develops and provides training on the regulatory process to NCHELP members and others in the student aid community.
